Nicky will openly admit to having a few tough years and so worked her way through many a self help book.
If you've ever done the same, you'll know that you often only take snippets of bits that work for you from each one.
Nicky started making a note of the things that worked for her, so if she woke up one morning feeling a bit 'wobbly' she would flick through her note book and put into practice whatever one she landed on.
This gave her the idea to create a blog in hope that some of these humourous tit-bits would come in useful to others too.
After all - who has time to read whole books these days (unless they are short children's books obviously).
